Application Fees

I understand that all fees must be paid by October 4, 2024. Payment in full is required to reserve a vendor booth space. Should cancellation from the event become necessary after reservation, a refund can be issued minus a $50 processing fee as long as the cancellation is prior to October 4, 2024. CANCELLATION AFTER October 4, 2024, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FEES.

Set-Up Information

I understand that booth setup is on Thursday, November 21st from 9 am – 7 pm and Friday, November 22nd from 8 am – 2 pm. ALL booths must be set up and ready to go for the opening of the show on Friday, November 22nd.

Booth Location Requests

Booth Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and in consideration of the products sold; your requests are not guaranteed, however, the show committee will make every effort to comply with your choices.

Vendor Contract

I, (Exhibitor Contact Name), representative of (Booth Name) agree to secure booth space during the “Holly Jolly Holiday Show” at the Kinston Community Center, 2602 W. Vernon Ave., Kinston, NC 28504 to be held on Friday, November 22nd through Saturday, November 23rd, 2024. Exhibit space(s) will not be reserved until the total fees are received in full and the signed exhibitor contract has been received. SUB-RENTAL OF BOOTHS IS NOT PERMITTED. Any change in merchandise to be sold as described must be approved by the “Holly Jolly Holiday Show” Committee 30 days (minimum) prior to the show. Each booth will include one 8’ covered and skirted table, two chairs, and a limited amount of decorative curtains. Electricity and additional tables and chairs are available at an additional cost to the exhibitor. Exhibits must be setup by 2 pm Friday, November 22nd, 2024 and must be staffed for ALL times during the “Holly Jolly Holiday Show”. Exhibits cannot be dismantled before 8:00pm on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024.

Release

I release the “Holly Jolly Holiday Show” Committee and the Kinston Community Center of any responsibility for personal injury, damage, or loss of merchandise or personal property while exhibiting at the “Holly Jolly Holiday Show”. The “Holly Jolly Holiday Show” Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any vendor based on the repletion of or acceptability of merchandise.

Payments

Payment for booth space is required with the vendor application and must be received in full no later than 5:00pm, October 4, 2024.

Cancellation

Cancellation: Should cancellation from the event become necessary after reservation, a refund can be issued minus a $50 processing fee as long as the cancellation is prior to October 4, 2024. CANCELLATION AFTER October 6, 2024, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FEES. All refunds must be requested in writing – letter or email.
